(1)Position – Territory Sales Manager
Job Description-
An employee has to take care of the entire customer life cycle with major focus on acquisition. He is responsible for an end to end sales process which involves; Lead generation, Cold Calling, Meeting with Clients, Prospecting, Converting into customers and finally overseeing excellent after sales services. Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organisation.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Minimum 1-5 years of proven sales track record and ability to meet targets.
-Should have interest in Business development (B2C) for Software Application products/solutions.
-Meet prospective clients, execute effective product demonstrations, emphasising product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solution.
- Meet with Committee Members of Apartments and societies to understand scope of business and their expectations.
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales Opportunities.
- Onboarding new apartments on NobrokerHood platform will be a major KRA for a BD manager.
- Researching potential leads from open market, web searches, or digital resources.
Salary Offered - Negotiable Fixed + 1.8lpa performance based incentives + Fixed 6000 monthly travel allowance + Phone with sim card and laptop (Company assets)
Desired Candidate Profile
●Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate with excellent communication.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●Should be proficient in Hindi and English language, knowing regional language will be a plus.
●Should be comfortable to work on weekends (Sat & Sun is compulsory), with a week off in between Mon-Thursday.
●Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
●Hands on MS office excel, word & PPT etc.
(2)Position - Account Manager
Job Description-
- An Account Manager (AM) will be responsible for maintaining & Sustaining a long term relationship with every on-boarded apartment owner in a particular geographical region or territory assigned to him.
- Account Manager will be responsible for Post-sales support and escalation management.
- Farming & up-selling onboarded clients with respect to better plans and benefits.
- Educate every client about new plans/ offers as on when raised by the company
- Retaining every account through successful renewals on completion of subscription period.
- Growing the overall revenue portfolio through referral matrix.
Salary Offered - Negotiable Fixed + 0.72lpa fixed travel allowance + 0.96lpa Variable android phone with sim and laptop

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 1-5 years of proven track record in deploying financial solutions
and ability to meet targets
• The candidate must have basic accounting and finance background (e.g. Graduated with BAF degree)
• Should have interest in business development for Software Application products/solutions (B2C)
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, eager to generate revenue for the organisation
• Should be proficient in Hindi and English
• Fluency in the regional language is a plus point
• Should be comfortable to work on weekends
(Saturday & Sunday are compulsory working days, with a week off in between Monday-Thursday)
