Today I heard an interesting old story again

In the story, the bumblebee tirelessly goes about its task of collecting nectar from flowers every day, unaware of the significance of its actions or the ultimate purpose behind them. It simply follows its instincts and carries out its duties without questioning why.

Despite not understanding its role in the larger ecosystem or the importance of its work, the bumblebee continues to diligently gather honey day after day, contributing to the pollination of flowers and the production of honey.

This story serves as a reminder that sometimes in life, we may not fully comprehend the significance of our actions or understand our purpose. However, by persistently pursuing our goals and fulfilling our responsibilities to the best of our abilities, we can still make a positive impact and contribute to the greater good, much like the industrious bumblebee.

🏃‍♀️✨ Finding Courage in Positive Competition ✨🏃‍♂️
Running my first Apollo Marathon in 2024 was nerve-wracking. Doubts filled my mind – could I keep up? The first 2 kilometers were grueling; I almost wanted to give up. But then, amidst the sea of runners, I realized I couldn't fall behind. That thought gave me the strength to push through and complete the marathon – my first ever.
This experience taught me a valuable lesson about life and careers. Just like in a race, when your peers are sprinting ahead in their careers and you feel left behind, it's easy to feel disheartened. But I've come to see this as positive competition. It's a reminder not to lose sight of our purpose and goals, but rather to use the success of others as motivation to push ourselves further.

Embrace the challenge, stay focused, and keep running towards your dreams. You never know what you're capable of until you push past your limits.
Your career is a marathon, not a sprint. Pace yourself, stay focused, and don't be distracted by those around you.

Paytm, India's biggest IPO in corporate history, is also the biggest listing day loser
Paytm, one of India’s biggest digital payment platforms failed to show its magic on the day of its debut at the stock market as its share crashed 27 per cent. Going by the data, IPOs of companies with issue size above Rs 1,000 crore in the last 15 years, Paytm’s IPO which was the country’s largest-ever in the corporate history, saw the biggest crash on a listing day.

IBBI issues Clarification on the requirement of seeking No Objection Certificate or No Dues Certificate from Income Tax Dept. during Voluntary Liquidation Process under IBC
The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) issued the clarification on the requirement of seeking a No Objection Certificate or No Dues Certificate from the Income Tax Department during the Voluntary Liquidation Process under IBC. Regulation 14 of the IBBI (Voluntary Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2017 (the Regulations) mandates the liquidator to make the public announcement within five days of his appointment, calling for submission of claims by stakeholders within thirty days from the liquidation commencement date.

Zee-Invesco Shareholder Dispute: NCLT Adjourns Hearing To December 14

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) adjourned the hearing of the shareholder activism dispute between Zee Entertainment and Invesco to December 14. The Mumbai bench of the NCLT stated that the matter is already scheduled for hearing at the Bombay High Court and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal. "In view of the appeals filed at the Bombay High Court and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), this matter is adjourned to December 14 for further consideration," the bench stated.
