At Bullzi, we are dedicated to making organisations and their leaders live a larger purpose. Our proprietary learning and development tools and processes have been crafted over a decade of working with some of the finest organisations and business leaders. We execute this purpose through our work in Organisation Development, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Career Counseling focused

Search. Our work leverages a signature approach common to all our services:

1. Delivery on business outcomes that are agreed prior to the start of the assignment.
2. High degree of customisation to the assignment. This is especially true for all OD and Leadership Development programmes - we do not run ‘cookie cutter’ solutions or mass programmes.
3. Creative Design of solutions, be it in looking at candidate fitments differently OR designing interventions with a very engaging style and point of view. We believe the value this approach has delivered for clients is why we have managed to be in existence since 2004; and which is why they have trusted us with increasing levels of involvement in their organisations. We have served a number of leading and start up organisations across industries - a list of them are available in our website. BullzI is led by Sanjeev Roy, and is assisted by a strong group of individuals who are passionate about what they do.

Ever had team members tell you that you “just don’t get it” lately?
Ever felt that even after trying “everything” you are not able to motivate your team members?
Ever found yourself spending too much time tackling “people issues” even though you are already doing your best?

If you answered yes to the above, read on!

Since the forced adoption of WFH, we, at Bullzi, realized that there is an "empathy deficit" at the workplace - people and especially those in leadership positions lose sight of what being empathetic means when they have to manage a mix of people virtually, tackle multiple concurrent challenges, and personal & organizational crises.

We are launching Leading With Empathy a two-part program meant to help clear the fog and can benefit anyone who has to lead a team; whether it’s a big team or a smaller one and, whether you are working in a giant corporate, a small enterprise, or in a new-age startup.

The batch starts on 18th January and the last date for registration is 15th January!

At Bullzi, we have always advocated for empathetic leadership at the workplace and have worked on many programs and interventions to help leaders practice empathy. Here is what Swarnlata Mahilkar had to say about one such program of ours.

Leading With Empathy is our latest open program meant to help clear the fog when it comes to leading with empathy; it can benefit anyone who has to lead a team; whether it’s a big team or smaller one and, whether you are working in a giant corporate, a small enterprise or in a new-age startup.

The first batch is scheduled for the 18th & 20th January and will be conducted (you guessed it!) over Zoom.

The beginning of this year brought with it a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic - and since then, all of us have had to learn and unlearn many a thing about ourselves, our work, leadership, the world, and everything in between!

Here’s looking back at the year we, at Bullzi, stretched ourselves beyond what we thought we could do and grew exponentially in return. Have a look:

In Life Of Pi, the hero survives a shipwreck, struggles through two storms, and has a hungry Royal Bengal Tiger for company! Pi longs for the shore. As he keeps looking, he learns to overcome his fear and becomes stronger.

We are just past the shipwreck of 2020. At Bullzi, we have been buffeted, just like you. It was a time though when our small band came together, and we did manage to produce some magic.
But this message is not about us, it is about you.

This boat ride is going to last a little longer and reach the shore we all will.

Wishing you and your loved ones the best of health and happiness for the coming year and a sincere wish that you discover the Pi in you.

From all of us at the Bullzi Team:
Sangeeta Roy Manali Shah Shipra Uppal Sanjeev Ganguly Sanjeev Roy

As a pandemic-assailed world awaits Covid-19 vaccines and macroeconomic indicators hold some promise of revival, companies owe it to themselves to deliver a shot in the arm. It’s time to effect a fundamental shift – from firefighting to a mode of creative rethinking and bold decision-making.

Dear friends,

We are conducting a short survey to understand how people have adjusted to new ways of working and leading in organizations brought in by Covid19. This is a follow up survey to a similar one we did in July this year, however, you can still participate in this even if you didn’t participate in the previous one.

The survey will take no more than 15 minutes and will remain open for another week, i.e. till 4th of December. Please do share your experiences with us through this survey.

Feel free to share this survey with others who might be willing to participate as well.

Remember, three participants chosen at random will receive a copy of the ebook Here Today, Here Tomorrow: Short tales from a Pandemic Future as a token of our gratitude.

Hope you will take out time to fill this quick survey.

Many thanks,
Team Bullzi

Leading In The Covid Era 2.0 - a survey to understand how people have adjusted to the changes in the workplace since the beginning of this year and what is it that still hasn’t found acceptance.

Bullzi invites your inputs for this short survey meant for people working in organizations - those who are responsible for supervising others or are being supervised.

The survey will take no more than 15 minutes to fill and closes on the 28th of November.

Ten lucky participants will be chosen at random to receive a special gift!

"Leaders are grappling with concerns around business uncertainty, employee well-being, personal fears, as well as the challenge of learning new skills themselves. They need a mentor now more than ever before."

An accurate depiction of "newly virtual" leaders drowning in work, zoom meetings, more work, and more zoom meetings.

Here's a pro-tip from our side: requires a different kind of "leadership muscle" and whatever worked for you "in-person" may not work in the virtual environment. Start with reassessing your team's meeting norms and decide which meetings are necessary to get work done effectively and which meetings are happening merely because it's been the de-facto requirement. Don't forget to take into account your team's needs!

We talk about all this and more in , an open program to help young leaders learn the skills needed to lead effectively in the virtual setting.
