Building a Strengths-Based Culture, One Conversation at a Time

What happens when people stop seeing their Strengths as a report and start seeing them in action?

That’s the journey we’ve begun at Client Associates through UNLEASH: Know It. Apply It. Appreciate It.

UNLEASH is a 12-month journey built around the Gallup CliftonStrengths framework, with our Strengths Champions helping keep the conversation alive. We started with “Knowing Your Strengths” through a fun activity and Strengths in Action cards, prompting people to reflect on:
- What am I naturally good at?
- ⁠What can people count on me for?
- ⁠When am I at my best?

The conversations that followed brought out similarities, differences and a greater appreciation of what each person brings to the team.

We believe that a Strengths-based culture isn’t built through one workshop. It grows when people know their strengths, apply them intentionally, and appreciate the strengths around them. The Journey has just begun!

The journey at Associates reached its next milestone with the ACE Mastery Workshop, led by Anupama C

Participants went deeper, this time through colour, fabric and form.They discovered which colours genuinely work with their skin, how to read fabric - weight, drape, texture, and what actually holds up through a long working day. And they explored body shape not as something to fix, but as proportions to dress with intention, so clothes work with you rather than against you.
