With the state government's approvals, SKN-HCG is working in the Gurugram district of Haryana and the Bhiwadi area of Rajasthan states and expanding the Natural Gas business in Pondicherry under the name of ECNG – East Coast Natural Gas (P) Ltd. SKN Healthcare is another venture of SKN Group established in the year 2019 targeting the healthcare sector to provide Heart Care Service under the supervision of an experienced team of Cardiologists and other doctors with the latest technology in those parts with a minimum of no facilities available. SKN Healthcare has established its Heart Care Centers in Jaipur, Rajasthan, and Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, and plans to start more hospitals soon.
