About the Role
Spire AirTech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Manager to lead HVAC projects across commercial, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and institutional sectors. The candidate will be responsible for complete project ex*****on, client coordination, team management, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Plan, execute, monitor, and close HVAC projects within schedule and budget.
✅ Manage VRF/VRV, Ducting, Ventilation, Exhaust, AHU, Chiller, and HVAC installation projects.
✅ Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and OEMs.
✅ Lead site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
✅ Review drawings, BOQs, project specifications, and ex*****on plans.
✅ Track project progress and submit daily/weekly progress reports.
✅ Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
✅ Manage project billing, measurements, variation claims, and material planning.
✅ Resolve technical and site ex*****on challenges proactively.
✅ Maintain client satisfaction and ensure smooth project handover.
Desired Skills
✔ Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and project ex*****on.
✔ Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ review, project planning, and cost control.
✔ Experience in managing project teams and client interactions.
✔ Familiarity with ISHRAE, SMACNA, and HVAC industry standards will be an advantage.
