For years, people have asked me — “Is security about physical power?”

My answer has always been the same.

Security is not about gender.
It is not about the body.
It is about the brain.

We recently conducted a Self-Defence Training Program at a corporate workplace, and the experience was truly encouraging.
The participants were highly engaged, eager to learn, and openly discussed real-life workplace safety scenarios. The sessions were interactive, practical, and focused on building confidence, awareness, and quick response skills.

इस सफ़र को शब्दों में समेटना आसान नहीं था। एक ऐसा रास्ता, जहाँ कभी महिलाओं की मौजूदगी की कल्पना भी नहीं की जाती थी—वहाँ अपनी पहचान बनाना, चुनौतियों से लड़ना और आगे बढ़ते रहना मेरे जीवन का सबसे बड़ा इम्तिहान रहा।
