To every woman who referred someone and said “you need to be in this room”

To my core team, who makes the invisible work visible every single time.
Four years is not built by one person. Four years is built by a community that decides — collectively — that this matters.
You decided. Every single year. And that is the greatest thing anyone has ever given me.
