iii) On – Boarding
Complete joining formality of all associates
Filling and processing all statutory compliance forms like Joining Report, ESIC,PF,Gratuity etc
Facilitate for Bank Account Opening & PAN Card (If Required)
Facilitate for Cash Less Medical Cards and Group Accident Policy
Provide them induction about TMS Services and job profiles.
iv) Payrolling
Process the monthly payroll with latest Payrolling software’s and ensures timely transfer/ distribution of salaries/wages
Provide monthly salary/wages slip to all associates
Process full and final settlement of associates resigned during the period
Provide helpdesk (Emails/Telephone) to associates for resolution of their Payrolling issues
Filling of various returns as per statutory requirement
To maintain all compliance forms, registers and licenses as per statutory requirement
Provide various MIS/Reports to clients as per their requirement
v) Associate Engagement
We do at least one associate engagement activity on monthly basis (Depends upon required permission from client)
Payroll Management
Process the monthly payroll with latest Payrolling software’s and ensures timely transfer/ distribution of salaries/wage
Ensure data security
Provide monthly salary/wages slip to all associates
Process full and final settlement of associates resigned during the period
