Sagarika Chakraborty, CEO - India & Gulf, IIRIS, moderated a high-powered panel on ‘Corporate Compliance, Enforcement & Investigations’ at the 15th Annual Legal Era India Conclave & Awards 2026 - New Delhi Edition, bringing together senior legal and compliance leaders for a candid conversation on the challenges organisations are navigating today.

The discussion moved from building a culture where people feel confident to speak up, to preserving digital evidence, protecting privilege, navigating cross-border data and understanding both the opportunities and risks that come with AI. It also looked at what happens when an issue actually arises, how investigations are handled and whether remediation truly addresses the underlying problem.
