📢 We Are Hiring – Freelance Auditors Across India 🇮🇳

MAQTS Inspection Company (ISO 17020 Certified) is inviting qualified and experienced freelance auditors for upcoming Supplier Audits scheduled across various locations in India.

🗓 Audit Period: December 2025 – February 2026

📍 Locations:
Panipat, Moradabad, Agra, Karur, Selam, Chennai, West Bengal, Sonepat, Maharashtra, David Nagar.

Each audit will require 1 man-day per location.
💰 Payment: In INR, within 30 days after completion of the audit.

🎯 Requirements:
Must be qualified and experienced in conducting audits independently as per ISO 9001 or equivalent standards.
Minimum 5 years of independent auditing experience (Supplier, QMS, or Process Audits).
Strong communication, reporting, and analytical skills.

💼 Inspector / Auditor – Supplier / Factory Authentication (Pharma / API)

About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Inspector to perform supplier authentication and factory verification for pharmaceutical APIs, including controlled substances like Testosterone Cypionate, Enanthate, and Propionate. The inspector will verify regulatory compliance, review documentation, and conduct quality audits to ensure suppliers meet international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Conduct factory audits and site inspections for API manufacturers.
▪️ Verify regulatory documents including DGFT/IEC, CDSCO, GMP/WHO-GMP certificates.
▪️ Review quality documents like COA, batch manufacturing records, stability data, and lab certifications.
▪️ Evaluate supplier adherence to international regulations and quality management systems.
▪️ Prepare detailed inspection / Audit reports and submit to MAQTS report team for review.

Qualifications & Skills:
▪️ Educational Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc & M.Sc in Chemistry / Biochemistry / Chemical Engineering
▪️ Experience: 5–10 years in pharmaceutical API inspection, QA/QC, or regulatory auditing.
▪️ Knowledge: GMP / WHO-GMP standards, API manufacturing processes, controlled substance regulations (Testosterone derivatives).
▪️ ISO Certifications (Preferred): ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ISO 17025 familiarity.
▪️ Strong understanding of documentation verification and regulatory compliance.
▪️ Excellent report writing and communication skills.

Additional Information:
▪️ Travel to supplier sites may be required.
▪️ Contract or full-time positions can be discussed based on experience.
▪️ Opportunity to work on international client projects and perform supplier/factory verification in regulated pharmaceutical environments.
