What if the landscape became part of the architecture?
Set amidst the tea gardens of Namchic, Arunachal Pradesh, this G+1 bungalow is being shaped around a simple idea — to let the landscape remain an active part of the experience of living.
The architecture takes cues from its surroundings through a restrained material palette of stone, timber and concrete, while pitched roofs, deep overhangs, balconies and large openings create moments of connection between the inside and the vast landscape beyond.
Here, the tea garden isn’t simply the backdrop, it is part of the architecture.

The urban fabric of Jagiroad is gradually transitioning towards an industrialized landscape, where Pre-Engineered Building systems are emerging as the dominant structural typology for new factories, warehouses, and ancillary industrial infrastructure.

In AB HOME SOLUTION, the entire structure is pre-designed using engineering software, and structural components fabricated in controlled factory conditions. The building is then assembled at the site using bolted connections, similar to assembling industrial machinery. This approach reduces on-site fabrication, minimizes human error, and improves construction.
