• Verifying BOQ /SOW in sync with Infra Provider and with third party vendors who will be executing passive rectification activities at BTS sites in Meghalaya Cluster.
• Budget tracking on expenditures on IP sites as per management approval.
• To check invoices as per certification of Engr- in-charge and against terms of work order
• Understand the SLA with IP for any deduction against non compliance of SLA.
• Tracking of AMCs and checking of bills as per terms of AMCs
• Checking of diesel filling bills with certified consumption statements and milestones
• Tracking of PRs up to PO release status
• Maintain track sheet of Pos/WOs released and follow up with vendors , maintain tracker for status
• Ensure that checked bills are processed in online portal and to take care of any queries raised in portal
• Follow up with Finance for any deductions to be made from vendors.
• Follow up with finance for vendor payment
• Periodic reconciliation with vendors for amount billed vis-à-vis payment made.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with similar experience
Experience: 4 years
