In 2017, Entrepreneurial Terrain (ENTER) visited Rosendals Trädgård, Stockholm (Sweden) to learn about local food produce culture and biodynamic cultivation in Stockholm. As part of ENTER's Organic Assam Campaign initiative, ENTER has been promoting organic farming, and supporting local farmers to go organic since 2016.

Entrepreneurial Terrain in coordination with students and young professionals of Assam are carrying out a relief drive for the affected people of Baghjan oil field blaze. We have a group of young people on the ground who have updated a request for the emergency essentials:

1. Mattress, bed sheet, mosquito net
2. Clothes for women (blouse, petticoat, inner garments, sanitary pads)
3. Clothes for men (t-shirt, trouser/shorts, inner garments)
4.clothes for children, both boys and girls (inner garments)
5. Hygiene products: toothpaste, soap, sanitizer and other hand washing products
6. Gamusa/towels
7. Eating utensils
8. Detergent
9. Medicine for burns and injuries
10. Masks

Apart from Maguri Beel and Dibru Saikhowa, there is another wildlife heaven close to (within 6 km) the Baghjan oil well.
Bherjan is a part of the three isolated patches of Assam valley wet evergreen forest (rainforest). It’s a very small patch now. One of the smallest sanctuary in Assam. At one point, it too was dense and big as Dehing Patkai, but now a small fragmented patch of 105 hectares remain.
It’s a Wildlife Sanctuary! Protected area!
Today only some Hollong trees remain. However, it is still home to gibbon, slow loris, leopards and pig-tailed macaques.
It’s high time we aware people about these last remaining forest patches of Upper Assam and save it.
Note - Baghjan falls within the eco-sensitive zone of Bherjan. But one’s even mentioning it.
