Contract Period : Initial contract would be for a period of 1 (one) year. The contract may be renewed on an annual basis till a maximum period up to 31st March, 2017

Selection Procedure

Selection of candidates will be based on their experience and their performance in interview. Terms & Conditions are given below

a) Shortlisting of eligible candidates shall be done as per the following marking criterion:
i. 70 marks for fulfilling required essential qualification.
ii. 20 marks for post graduation as per required desirable qualification.
iii. 10 marks for having more than 05 years of experience in required field. As per the above marking criterion, minimum 70 marks is mandatory and accordingly 5 candidates shall be shortlist for each post securing highest marks for final interview.

b) Short listing of eligible candidates for final Interview:
Only the shortlisted candidates shall be call for an interview.

c) Final selection for the post of Senior Project Engineer (RE) :
Based on the marks secured by candidates in shortlisting and an Interview, the final selection shall be done for the post of Senior Project Engineer (RE). Final merit list of candidates shall be made by giving equal weightage of sort listing and interview marks as secured by candidates.
