33 VILLAGE LOCATIONS COVERED UNDER “MERA GRAM SURAKSH*T GRAM”

Across all locations more than 200 hundred people have shown interest in buying insurance for them or for their family members.

Under this initiative more than 1000 villagers are educated on the needs & benefits of Life Insurance by trainers of India First Life Insurance company. Across all locations more than 200 hundred people have shown interest in buying insurance for them or for their family members, as the average yearly Insurance Premium amounting to Rs 2000 only but the challenge was the point of delivery for Insurance product which is usually far from villages.

With the introduction of new guidelines by IRDA enabling CSC’s to sell Insurance of any company has given relief to many potential subscribers and CSC’s ability to deliver policies over the counter within few minutes has also helped villagers save a lot of time and efforts in buying Insurance at their door step which was not the case earlier.

CSC SPV will continue to organize several similar initiative to ensure proper education on the needs of Insurance and the related benefits to people.
