Every day we visit a new college, there are new learnings, and our database of self-defined KPIs for the colleges keeps growing. But that is not all; we get more insights when we look back and analyze the data we collected in the past.
Interestingly, right at the college gate, the security staff's behavior clearly indicates how eager the management is to build relations with the industry. And then, one can see the reflection of the attitude with others throughout all levels starting from faculty, HOD, and management.
Some colleges want to build a relationship with the industry and grow in favor of students, but more colleges are just for making money for themselves.
Avoid having your kids admitted to colleges that do not bother about the relation with industries. Eventually, this is your kid who is going to suffer.
Do enough research or take the opinion of others in the related fields before you finalise any engineering college in India.
