Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Healthcare Human Resource Manager to join our healthcare organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with healthcare industry regulations and standards, as well as overseeing recruitment, retention, and development of healthcare professionals. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and senior management.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with healthcare industry regulations and standards.
• Oversee the recruitment and selection process for healthcare professionals, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of healthcare professionals, including onboarding, orientation, and ongoing professional development.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances or concerns, including conflict resolution, mediation, and disciplinary actions.
• Oversee the development and administration of compensation and benefits programs for healthcare professionals, including salary and bonus structures, health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies, including conducting audits and investigations, and responding to government inquiries or legal complaints.
• Develop and maintain performance evaluation systems for healthcare professionals, provide feedback to employees and managers, and develop plans to improve employee performance.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, including turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in human resources management in the healthcare industry.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and senior management.
• Professional certifications such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional (CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SCP) and Healthcare Human Resource Management Certification (HHRM) may be preferred.
