In Gujarat, Phase 2 of the Southern Link Project has been initiated to enhance agricultural productivity in the Kutch district. MEIL Group is executing this project, which involves constructing two main pumping stations and eight feeder pumping stations to ensure a reliable water supply. In addition, an extensive 214-kilometre pipeline network is being laid to distribute water efficiently across the region. Together, these works will strengthen irrigation infrastructure, support farmers, and drive sustainable growth across the region.

At IOCL’s Gujarat Refinery in Vadodara, MEIL Group is establishing high‑stakes facilities including the Residue Fluid Catalytic Cracking (RFCC) Unit, CR LPG Treating Unit, Propylene Recovery Unit, and Polypropylene Unit. Work on these units is progressing rapidly, propelling the refinery’s expansion from 13.7 to 18 MMTPA. Together, these advanced systems will enable the production of cleaner fuels, petrochemicals such as polypropylene, and l**e base stocks, strengthening India’s energy infrastructure and reducing import dependence.

Discover the story of the Mongol Refinery, Mongolia’s first greenfield oil refinery, being built by MEIL Group in Dornogovi Province. Taking shape under extreme climatic conditions, the refinery incorporates advanced engineering modules, including crude and vacuum distillation units, a captive power plant, and hydro‑processing facilities. Once complete, this landmark facility will process 1.5 million tonnes of crude oil annually, reducing Mongolia’s dependence on imports and strengthening its energy independence.

The Propylene Recovery Unit (PRU) is designed to recover high‑purity propylene from cracked LPG streams, ensuring a steady supply of petrochemical feedstock for polypropylene and other industrial applications. As part of the ongoing extension works at Gujarat Refinery, MEIL Group is executing the PRU unit for IOCL. The scope includes fabrication of massive process columns, along with structural steel works and civil construction activities being carried out in parallel to support the unit’s development.

In Maharashtra, MEIL Group is driving a major expansion of the Ratnagiri–Kolhapur Highway, covering the Paijarwadi–Yavaluj stretch and the new Kolhapur bypass up to Chokak. This 33-km upgrade introduces viaducts and minor bridges to ensure safe crossings and smooth water flow. From pavement strengthening to junction integration, every feature is engineered to meet the route’s specific demands. The project enhances connectivity between Ratnagiri and Kolhapur, strengthening western India’s trade and travel corridors.
