Job of an Agency Manager at Care Health Insurance Ltd
Role is basically “build and run your own sales team of insurance agents” while driving health policy sales.

Core Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Team Building
- Identify and recruit Insurance Advisors/Agents — housewives, retired people, students, family members, unemployed
- Onboard them and get their IRDAI licensing done.

2. Training & Management
- Train agents on Care Health products, sales process, and IRDAI compliance
- Do joint calls with agents to help them close sales
- Monitor team performance, motivate, and ensure monthly activation
- Keep agents active month-on-month.

3. Sales & Business Growth
- Drive sales of Care Health Insurance policies through your agency team to hit monthly/yearly targets
- Generate leads via field activities, referrals, and digital channels
- Support agents in acquiring new customers + renewing existing policies
- Develop sales strategies to increase business.

4. Customer & Operations Support
- Help customers with smooth claim processing
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations
- Ensure proper documentation and policy processing
- Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams.

5. Compliance & Reporting
- Uphold brand image and ensure all advisor activities comply with IRDAI regulations
- Maintain records of agency performance, sales pipeline, and advisor activities.

What it takes
- Education: Graduate for Agency Manager.
- Experience: 1+ years in sales/marketing preferred; existing Life/Health agents can apply
- Skills: Team building, communication, training, motivation
- Age: Usually 22-45 years .

In plain terms:
You’re not selling policies yourself day-to-day. You’re a team leader + recruiter + coach. Your income comes from your team’s sales, so your job = find good agents, train them well, keep them motivated, and help them sell Care Health policies. If your agents succeed, you hit targets and earn incentives + grow to Branch Head.
*Compensation based on experience. minimum ₹20,000 - ₹60,000 monthly + incentives minimum 1 lakh per annum, PF, petrol allowance.
