Role: Process Associate:

Responsibilities:
--Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
--Understand customer needs and requirements
--Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
--Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
--Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
--Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
--Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
--Perform effective online demos to prospects
Requirements:
--Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
--Proficient with corporate productivity
--Excellent verbal and written communications skills
--Strong listening and presentation skills
--Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Role: Business Development Associate (Corporate Sales):

Key Responsibility Areas:
--Inside Sales Role (Office based job)
--Handling Clients for Online Advertisements solutions.
--Proposing right solutions to clients by assessing their individual requirements including listings, advertisement posting and Branding Solutions.
--Identifying sales opportunities through extensive market research.
--Selling different products and services of website to Corporates and business houses.
--New client acquisition and help them understand the various online solutions available with the business.
--Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients.
--Assessing client requirements and then customizing recruitment solutions/packages as per their needs.
--Creating database of prospective clients and validating the information by understanding the requirements and proposing the right solutions.
--Building and maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients.

---Explaining benefits of life insurance to potential customers
---Candidate has to come to office in morning and evening for reporting. Spend the afternoon on field building new business
---Understand the client and pursue need based selling, suiting the customer's need and depth of pocket
---In the evening, updation of days activity on the company's LMS / Excel Sheet (Lead Management System)
---Would spend a bulk of his time on field, thus the candidate should be self motivated and result oriented
---Company would provide I-Pads/TAB's to selected candidates to enhance their sales presentations
