Just to add Voice to the Wise decision making in home buying process, indeed a life time for most and long term commitment desission. Property buying has two main motives; Adding Asset and gains in the form of returns. In both the aspects, the value for money against product, which is to be calculated logically....in short apartments may give short term appreciation on investment and long-term rental return, but looking at the same in terms of asset value, the apartment owner has UDS in hand which is directly proportionate to the project size, which remains on the paper itself, for eg: a 1250 sft flat of approx 1000 flats size project, will get approx 38-42 Sqyrds, but a Independent house or duplex will give the ownership of total plot size, where the value invested in both the cases differs less in our project.
