inspired me indirectly and I took on cycling and did quite a bit of cycling and participated in a cyclothon and finished the course in style, I feel a lot achieved that day and was a feel fresh way to life again. The same friend inspired me to take up running and I am in love with running, completing a half marathon was well beyond what I could have been rating me an year before.
