Opening for Manager Position (MBBS) in Mumbai Location

We are having very critical position "Senior Manager" and JD as follows:
Qualification: MBBS/MHA/MBA in HealthCare.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Handling claims in both reimbursement and cashless claims as an expert.
2. Maintain TAT for claims settlement.
3. To look into client grievances and solve their problems to complete
satisfaction.
4. Taking care of claim coordinators, call centre executives keeping
records of the grievances, data entry operators entering the bills.
5. To train new doctors in claim processing both in reimbursement and
cashless section.
6. To monitor Average Claims size & the claims cost.
7. Prepare reports on Group/Retail claims/Trend analysis.
8. Making Presentation to senior management.
9. Evaluation of Healthcare Treatment & associated Costs. Sharing valuable
inputs to the U/W teams.
10. Interaction with Health Care Providers.
11. Coordination with internal & external teams
Candidate requirements:
1. Should be a doctor (MBBS). MBA/MHA will be an added advantage.
2. Experience and / or Knowledge of Insurance/TPA sector would be added
advantage.
3. Should have the relevant experience of 4-5 years.
4. Good Communication skills.
5. Ready to work under pressure.
6. Confident and should be able to Handle the team of 15-20 people
