Job Description - Design Roles:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop concept designs, detailed calculations & BOQs for MEP/Fire/HVAC systems
2. Create 2D/3D drawings, layouts & schematics using AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks
3. Ensure designs comply with NBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, IS codes & industry standards
4. Coordinate with architectural, structural & other disciplines for integrated design
5. Prepare technical specifications, tender documents & design review support
6. Drive value engineering while maintaining safety and performance standards

Must-Have:
1. 10+ years dedicated design experience in MEP/Fire/HVAC for high-rise, commercial & industrial projects
2. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD + Revit MEP. ETAP, HAP, PipeNet, Hydraulics software is a plus
3. In-depth knowledge of NBC, NFPA, IS codes, ASHRAE standards
4. B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred
5. Portfolio of completed design projects required
