Why do people view India separately as North/South?
People are obsessed with superiority and that is the prime reason for this division. Knowing people like comparison if we have to evaluate both regions it will be a tough task. There are several parameters that need to be considered. I haven’t done any detailed study on this and it is not required also. Even if we were to compare, I am very sure no region will score high on all parameters. We have to respect each other, learn together and grow as a Nation. Even in the media during these recent elections BJP’s performance was evaluated in North of Vindhyas and South of Vindhyas. Common man/media/politicians shouldn’t be viewing India as North/South. India as a nation is one not just to an outsider but within the country as well.
