Roles and responsibilities:
• Day to day management of ground operations at network farmers.
• Monitoring of plantation schedule for all network farmers and collaborating with operations team on regular updates.
• Responsible for implementation of quality / yield improvement programs.
• Work in close co-ordination with planning team on specific issues that could impact harvesting plan / sales.
• Responsible for driving improvement projects with respect to procurement practices, network farmer expansion in line with business goals.
• Responsible for handling day to day grievances of network farmers and timely resolution.
Qualification Required:
• Graduate / Post graduate in Agriculture Science.
• Experience of 1-3 years in Contract Farming operations (ground operations).
• Knowledge of organic / regenerative / pesticide free farming will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & local language
• Proficiency in computer skills – MS Office
• Two-wheeler is required to visit the farmer's field.
