Job Description:
Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in their nature of job. Lead the Modelling team Modelling knowledge is must Manage and maintain the BIM model, keeping it up to date with the latest design changes Decision making in coordination with respect to project specification, Material Specification, applicable norms, Model collaboration, Federation etc Responsible to involve in the clash detection and resolution process. Monitor the productivity of the modeler Expert in creation of parametric and non-parametric families based on material approval Expert in handling the COE environment like Autodesk construction cloud Responsible to monitor the team following the BEP process and modelling protocol Actively participate in other VDC services like 40/SD, Scan to BIM, Cobie implementation & development Creating detailed construction drawings that include all necessary information for Manufacturing and installation, such as material types and quantities required System knowledge must Ensure the QAQC of Model development Attend meetings as needed to represent the BIM modelling team Stay up to date on the latest BIM software and technologies Manage the BIM server and ensure that it is running smoothly

Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in their nature of job Creating 30 models of building and developing construction drawings and other design documentation using Autodesk Revit Tekla I Civil 30 Family creation, clash detection and service coordination using Navis works Expert in creation of parametric and non-parametric families based on material approval Expert in handling the COE environment like Autodesk construction cloud Coordinating with other members of the BIM team to ensure that all components of the model are up to date Serve as the primary point of contact for all BIM modelling related questions and requests Work with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure that the BIM model meets the needs of the project Revise the BIM model as needed based on feedback from the design team and construction team, Generate reports and documentation as needed to support the project team Perform quality control checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy

Job Description:
Candidate should have gulf experience before in tower project
Maintenance Engineer Electrical.
Has good experience for IT services & Networks – Low Current Systems (CCTV, FIRE ALARAM, and BMS)
Supervise the maintenance of production and electrical equipment.
Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule.
Preform and supervise maintenance relates repairs.
Maintain Equipment and supplies to ensure safe operation of the facility.
Inspect and troubleshoot equipment.
Review all documentation to ensure proper data collection.
Lead train and supervise maintenance workers. Using CAD software to draft design.
Testing installations and systems.
Drawing up project plans, making models, prototypes and circuit diagrams for high and low voltage electrical equipment.
