This video takes you inside one of the largest crushing and screening plants ever executed in Tamil Nadu, built to operate at a 700 TPH capacity with a 3-stage crushing and screening process.

The plant has been engineered to run continuously while maintaining steady production, uniform material quality, and smooth material movement across all stages from primary crushing through secondary and tertiary processing. Special attention has been given to operational reliability, ease of control, and long-term performance, ensuring the plant performs consistently under high-load conditions.

Backed by CE certification, ISO 9001:2015 standards, and a strong Make in India foundation, this project reflects our experience in delivering large-capacity plants for demanding infrastructure and mining applications. We are proud to present the successful ex*****on of Tamil Nadu’s largest crushing and screening plant to date. The plant is designed for a 700 TPH capacity with a 3-stage crushing and screening configuration, planned to deliver stable output and consistent product quality under continuous operating conditions.

The focus was on ensuring reliable performance, efficient material flow, and ease of operation across primary, secondary, and tertiary stages.

As a CE-certified, ISO 9001:2015 company and a 100% Make in India organization, we continue to execute large-scale, high-capacity crushing and screening plants for demanding infrastructure applications. With over 6,000+ installations across 39 countries, this project stands as another example of our ability to deliver proven, production-ready solutions at scale.
