💠I see this with my clients all the time.
💠She's completely fine all day.
Then it's 1 or 2 AM and she's sitting bolt upright in bed, chest burning, throat like it's on fire.
💠First thought is always the same — "it must be something I ate." The paneer, the chai after dinner, something a bit spicy.
💠But here's what's actually happening: the second you lie flat, acid loses the one thing working against it — gravity.
It just sits there. Rises. Burns.
❌It's rarely about what you ate. It's about what happens to that food once you're lying down on a full stomach.
✅Small shifts — eating dinner earlier, not lying flat right after a meal, propping yourself up slightly at night — make a bigger difference than most women expect.
Does this happen to you almost every night, or only after certain meals?
