This is what is the biggest challenge faced by most of our clients who own and run SME companies or as we like to address them as “Mini Corporates” This stems from the fact that not too many recruitment companies take it up on themselves to serve this segment with their talent needs. Internships: We have a pool of talented freshers who are eager to serve and learn with your organisation as interns. Post your internship requirements to us and we will screen the candidates for you.
Recruitment: We have been recruiting permanent staff for non-IT companies for almost a decade now. We have a pool of talented job seekers who are eager to work with your organisation. Post your job requirements to us and we will screen the candidates for you.
Payroll management: We understand that you would rather focus on your core business than getting involved in statutory and HR compliances. And so, while you grow your business to the next level, outsource your staffing to us. We can also support you with payroll management as a separate service if you do not wish to go for complete outsourcing.
