Primary Skills Required:
Strong reconciliation and analytical skills to resolve open items.
Good communication skills - Both oral and written.
Journal Entries posting.
Journal Entries Review.
Preparation & Review of Balance Sheet Reconciliations.
Review or analyse periodical financial reports as per business requirements.
Identify areas of Process improvement, Standardization and Automation.
Strong reporting skill set and ability to deliver expectations within TAT and accuracy.

Experience Range:
Senior Financial Analyst: 4 to 7 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month
Location: Hyderabad

About the Role
Join our Hedge Fund Accounting team to manage critical functions, including NAV calculations, investor distributions, cash reconciliations, and financial reporting. Ideal candidates should bring fund accounting expertise, analytical skills, and experience with GENEVA/WSO software.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly/quarterly financials, process payments, and create investor notices. Obtain NAV statements, calculate gains/losses, and conduct pre-distribution analyses.
Prepare capital calls, distribution notices, and handle wire transfers
Develop SOPs with accuracy controls and perform cash/position reconciliations
Qualifications
Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3-6 years in fund accounting/financial roles
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in GENEVA/WSO
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
