The HillsRise Entrepreneurship Awareness Programme was conducted at Langol Village, Imphal West, bringing together women’s societies, cooperative societies, self-help groups, and local entrepreneurs to strengthen grassroots women entrepreneurship. The session was led by the iIncubation Centre Co-Founder along with the intern, with valuable support from Rani Dangmei.

The awareness is mainly focused on building sustainable post-training support for rural communities. This initiative will continue village to village in the coming days.

A successful Community Outreach Programme was held today at Kakhulong, supported by iIncubation Centre Imphal. The event aimed to empower women in entrepreneurship and promote a self-reliant society. Many women participated and showed strong interest in the upcoming hands-on training at the centre.

The programme also helped us understand ground-level challenges so we can plan better support.

Special thanks to Mr. Alanpuna Dangmei, My Kakhulong My Pride, and the Kakhulong Women Society for their excellent support.

A young postgraduate student from Imphal stepping into entrepreneurship. Victoria Panmei joned the iIncubation Centre’s Skill Up Food Processing Training (Cohorts 1 & 2) and a 1:1 consultation with the Chief Consultant.

After all, she started producing pickles such as culantro, bamboo shoot, and mango. With labelling, packaging, testing, Marketing, promotion, and licensing underway, iIncubation Centre continues to support her business setup and growth.
