We are expanding our Industrial & Commercial Sales Division and looking for a result-driven Senior
Sales Executive with strong industrial networking and technical sales expertise.
Role Overview
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for developing business in the Industrial &
Commercial segment by building strong professional relationships with:
• Industrial Architects
• MEP Consultants
• Turnkey Contractors
• Project Consultants
• Factory Owners
• Industrial Developers
The role requires strong field presence, project tracking ability, and high-value B2B selling capability.
The candidate must understand how to approach consultants at design stage and position Metalex
products during project planning itself
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Networking
• Develop and maintain relationships with Industrial Architects, MEP Consultants, and
Turnkey Contractors
• Identify and track upcoming industrial and commercial projects
• Regular visits to industrial belts/clusters for lead generation
• Engage consultants at design and specification stage
Sales & Client Engagement
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & industry references
• Arrange and conduct meetings with decision-makers
• Understand technical requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Deliver structured product presentations
Quotation & Negotiation
• Make accurate and timely cost calculations
• Prepare quotations and technical submissions
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
• Handle objections and resolve complaints professionally
Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Gather competitor insights and pricing information
• Monitor upcoming industrial clusters and project announcements
• Share market feedback with management
• Maintain structured sales reporting
Brand Representation
• Represent Metalex Automation in exhibitions, conferences, and consultant meets
• Build long-term consultant & contractor network
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ Experience & Industry Exposure
• Prior experience in Industrial / Commercial Project Sales (Mandatory)
• Strong network with:
o Industrial Architects
o MEP Consultants
o Contractors
o Industrial Developers
• Knowledge of upcoming industrial belts/clusters
• Familiarity with products such as:
o Automatic Gates
o Industrial Shutters
o High-Speed Doors
o Dock Levelers
o Access Control Systems
