We often overthink growth. We chase hacks, new platforms, or viral trends. But the fundamentals of building a profitable business remain the same.
You do not need a complex 50 step plan. You just need to master these 7 core pillars.
𝟭. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱: Stop building products and then looking for customers. Find a painful problem first, and build the solution your audience is explicitly asking for.
𝟮. 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Do not assume you know what they want. Ask them. Use direct messages, polls, and comments to learn the specific language your customers use to describe their struggles.
𝟯. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁: Your offer is the transformation. It bridges the gap between where your customer is now and where they want to be. Price it so it feels like a simple decision.
𝟰. 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗳𝘆 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹: You do not need complex automations yet. A simple path works best. Move from free content to a lead magnet, then welcome emails, and finally sales emails.
𝟱. 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗻: People buy from people. You do not need to be a celebrity, but you do need to show up authentically. Connection builds trust, and trust builds sales.
𝟲. 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘆: You do not need millions of views. You need the right eyes on your offer. Focus on organic connection before you spend money on ads.
𝟳. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆: Revenue is a vanity metric. Stop celebrating top-line numbers if your margins are razor-thin. Focus on Customer Lifetime Value and Acquisition Cost to build a sustainable business.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘆: If you are feeling stuck, you are likely overcomplicating one of these 7 steps. Go back to basics.
Which of these 7 areas is your main focus for 2026?
