**Job Description:**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills coupled with sales acumen.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their queries.
- Achieving daily call targets of 50-100 calls.
- Following up on leads and maintaining customer databases.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience.
**Required Candidate Profile:**
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Ability to work during office hours from 10 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Willingness to make 50-100 calls daily.
- Comfortable working with fresh leads.
- Ability to adapt and engage customers at various inquiry levels.
**Qualifications:**
- Any UG/Graduate
