SALES ASSOCIATE - 2 Post

Responsibility includes:
1) Sales of Steel Wire Fencing Products like Barbed Wires, Welded Wire Mesh and auxiliary fittings used for land fencing.

2) Aquisition of new customers in Central India region and appointment of new dealers.

3) Periodic visit to customers and customer relationship management.

4) Effective management of CRM tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Responding to leads generated by online portal (like Indiamart.com) and other B2B portals where Bokadia Wires is registered.
2) Handlining customer queries and new customers enquiries by phone calls, emails and more recently via whatsapp.
3) Engaging with customers to get feedback of product quality or any other issues if they are facing and communicating the same to production department.
4) Preparing quotations of products with all relevats details
5) Entering all work done on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tool on day to day basis.
6) Visting customers as and when required to give more details of products and taking orders.

Broad expectations from Candidate:
1) Good in communication, soft spoken and smart to handle customers.
2) Able to learn about fencing products and machines in detail.
