RBI could have done more, but as always the RBI GUV is ' Afraid ' by the Book fears in the economy, what makes me laugh that he is factoring in the Monsoons, which is the most unpredictable event, RBI should only focus on economic factors, but as they have a right to defend any WRONG they do , they are using that VETO in their favour :)

Restarting the rate cut cycle after a six month pause, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) on Tuesday slashed key lending rates by 25 basis points. While maintaining the CRR at 4 per cent, the RBI reduced Marginal Standing facility (MSF) rate by 75 basis points to 7 per cent.
