'NECTAR-The Joy of Learning' is deliberate outcome of modern research and derived from

rich heritage and knowledge of Art, Science, Commerce, Agriculture and Mythology.
'NECTAR' effort is to register exponential increase in everybody's learning potential, keeping this fact in mind that a child learns more than 400 things in a day and a grown up person learns merely 15-20 things in a day. Right now the most important thing is to find your ability to learn new, rather than following other's beliefs, so that you can learn to create the most. In present education system emphasis is given more on contents rather than the synchronization of top four aspects of learning viz: -Body, Heart, Mind and Soul. Contemporary available methods of learning/study applied in education mostly make educational contents an intruders for human brain and thus students tend to get rid of learning as soon as possible and they forget the studied material, experience heavy confusion and/or get lost in the study/learning process, A major cause of worry for young ones. To know is bliss and ‘How to Know’ is ultimate virtue. "NECTAR-The Joy of Learning" is a platform where all will contribute and all will learn to-gather. No body is Master and no body is Pupil.

किसी भी विषय/कार्य को सीखने का उद्देश्य है कि उसे सीख कर ज्ञान का प्रकाश फैलाया जाये. वर्तमान शिक्षा पद्धति बहुत घातक तरीके से शिक्षार्थी के चिंतन, कल्पनाशीलता, रचनात्मकता एवं अन्तःद्रष्टि के आवश्यक प्रवाह को रोक कर शिक्षार्थी की विषय/कार्य सीखने की क्षमता को गहरा नुकसान पंहुचा रही है. कतिपय इन्ही कारणों से शिक्षार्थी शिक्षा ग्रहण करने के बाद भी विद्यार्थी बन कर विद्या प्राप्त नहीं कर पाता और केवल शिक्षित(?) भर रह जाता है.

किसी भी विषय या कार्य को सीखने की क्षमता व्यक्ति विशेष की नैसर्गिक प्रतिभा के साथ-साथ सीखने की सही पद्धति पर भी निर्भर करती है. दुर्भाग्य से किसी भी स्कूल-कालेज-विश्वविद्यालय में शिक्षार्थी की सीखने की क्षमता को विकसित करने के लिए कुछ नहीं किया जाता, फलस्वरूप शिक्षार्थी पिछले वर्ष प्राप्त शिक्षा को अगले वर्ष भूल जाता है और स्कूल-कालेज-विश्वविद्यालय छोड़ते समय उसके पास सिर्फ डिग्री होती है विद्या नहीं जिससे वो ज्ञान का प्रकाश फैला पाए.

सीखने के लिए तन-मन-दिमाग-आत्मा सभी के बीच सही तालमेल आवश्यक है. तन स्वस्थ हो, मन में विश्वास हो, दिमाग आवशयकता अनुरूप योग्य हो औए आत्मा ज्ञान को आत्मसात करने के लिए प्रेरित हो तब सीखी हुई शिक्षा विद्या बन जाती है.

हमारी वैदिक शिक्षा पद्धति का यही उद्देश्य था और इसके लिए आवश्यक विधि प्रयोग में थी. कालांतर में यह विधि लुप्त हो गयी. इसे पुनः खोजने और स्थापित करने का एक छोटा और प्रारम्भिक प्रयास है "NECTAR -The Joy of Learning".

➖ Winners Never QUIT and Quitters Never WIN. Really...? ➖
[This statement is Half Truth & Partially False]
The Reality is... sometimes Winners also Quit and Quitters also Win.

🔸 जहाँ पर पाश्चात्य चिंतन और दर्शन समाप्त हो जाता है, उससे ऊपर भारतीय चिंतन और दर्शन के वास्तविक स्वरुप का प्रारम्भ होता है.

▪️1974 में वाटरगेट कांड के कारण महाभियोग का अपयश झेलने और राष्ट्रपति के पद से त्यागपत्र देने के उपरांत रिचर्ड निक्सन ने अपनी आत्मकथा में ग्रीक दर्शन से प्रेरित एक वाक्य लिखा था... "A man is not finished when he is defeated. He is finished when he quits."

उन्होंने अंतिम समय तक लड़ने वाले को असली योद्धा माना.
पर क्या यह सही है?
अनुपयोगी, अवश्यम्भावी हानिकारक या अहंसिद्धि की लड़ाई लड़ने या जीतने का कोई लाभ नहीं होता, इसे छोड़ देना ही श्रेयस्कर है.

🔸 भारतीय दर्शन में रणछोड़ या Quitter को भी सम्मान प्राप्त है. रणछोड़ भगवान श्रीकृष्ण का एक नाम है.
पौराणिक कथा के अनुसार जरासंध ने अजेय राक्षस कालयवन के साथ मिलकर भगवान श्रीकृष्ण की मथुरा पर आक्रमण कर दिया था, तब युद्ध से बचने के लिए श्रीकृष्ण जी मथुरा छोड़कर भाग गए थे.

परन्तु बात यहाँ समाप्त नहीं होती है, उन्होंने Quit/Escape तो कर दिया था पर ऐसी परिस्थिति निर्मित कर दी थी कि कालयवन राक्षस इक्ष्वाकु नरेश मांधाता के पुत्र और दक्षिण कोसल के राजा मुचकुंद के द्वारा मारा गया था. उनके लिए स्वयं quit करके भी वांछित कार्य का सफल निष्पादन ज्यादा महत्वपूर्ण था. यहाँ 'कार्य बड़ा, कर्ता छोटा' ध्येय है.
इसके बाद कृष्ण जी ने जरासंध के आक्रमणों से बचने के लिए मथुरा को सदा के लिए छोड़ दिया और सुदूर पश्चिम में समुद्र तट पर द्वारका नगरी का निर्माण किया. यहाँ 'संभावित विपत्तियों को टालने के लिए Quit करना श्रेयस्कर समझा गया ताकि कार्यसिद्धि में रुकावट न आये.

यहाँ इस बात को समझना आवश्यक है कि हर काम स्वयं भगवन भी नहीं करते पर हो सकता है किसी अन्य व्यक्ति द्वारा उस काम को करवा दे, जैसे कालयवन को स्वयं भगवान नहीं मार सकते थे पर राजा मुचकुन्द से उसे मरवा दिया. पर खुद रणछोड़ कहलाये और मथुरा को छोड़ सदा के लिए पलायन कर गए.

🔹 वैश्विक मंच पर Executive Coaching के क्षेत्र में लम्बे समय से यह धारणा बनी रही कि 'Not all people and executives are coachable'.
हर एक व्यक्ति या अधिकारी को नेतृत्व देने या कार्यसिद्धि के लिए सिखाया-पढ़ाया नहीं जा सकता, परन्तु ऐसे लोगो से हर समय सीखते रहने और प्रयास करते रहने की अपेक्षा तो की जाती रही क्योकि उनके द्वारा किसी कार्य को छोड़कर भागना उचित नहीं समझा जाता था.

ऐसे लोगो को जो सीखने की प्रक्रिया में पीछे रह जाते है या उसे छोड़कर चले जाते है उन्हें प्रबंधन द्वारा नाकारा, अयोग्य या अनुपयोगी मान लिया जाता है. इसलिए उन्मुक्त बाजारवादी अर्थव्यवस्था में Quitters अनुत्पादक और निष्फल कर्मचारियों की श्रेणी में रखे जाने लगे. यह विशेषण उस व्यक्ति के व्यावसायिक जीवन को नकारात्मक रूप से प्रभावित करता है.

🔹 परन्तु एक Leadership Coach के रूप में (प्रचलित धारणाओं के विपरीत) मेरा मानना है कि...
'Every one is Coachable by one or Some Other Coach'.
हर व्यक्ति को विकसित किया जा सकता है, यदि एक व्यवस्था में वह पीछे है तो संभव है किसी अन्य व्यवस्था में वह आगे आ जाये और अपना ज्यादा अच्छा और प्रभावी योगदान दे पाए.

एक प्रशिक्षक या Coach से सीखने में अक्षम रहने वाला कर्मचारी किसी अन्य प्रशिक्षक या Coach के सानिध्य में वही या कोई अन्य विधा सीखकर उसमें योग्यता प्राप्त कर सकता है.

मेरा मानना है कि बिना किसी विशेष उत्पादकता के उसी कार्य में लगे रहना अनुचित और अनपेक्षित है, ऐसी परिस्तिथियों में Quit करना/करवाना अनुचित नहीं है.
यदि वह कार्य बहुत आवश्यक है तो वर्तमान व्यवस्था या कर्मचारी को हटाकर किसी नयी व्यवस्था या कर्मचारी को उस कार्य में लगाना ज्यादा उचित है.
इससे भी ज्यादा उचित होगा कि वह व्यक्ति स्वय उस व्यवस्था या कार्य से अपने आप को अलग कर ले, Quit कर दे और अपने से ज्यादा उपर्युक्त व्यवस्था या व्यक्ति को वह कार्य करने दे और स्वयं अपने योग्य किसी अन्य व्यवस्था या कार्य में सलंग्न हो जाये.

मेरा यह सिद्धान्त भविष्य में Exexutive Coaching की एक नई शाखा की उत्पत्ति का कारक होगा, जहां अयोग्य या अनुत्पादक कर्मचारियों को उनके योग्य कार्य मे पुनर्स्थापित करने का सक्षम प्रयास हो सकेगा. राजनीति से प्रभावित सामाजिक-अर्थशास्त्र में इसे 'अंत्योदय' (समाज की अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े व्यक्ति के सामाजिक और आर्थिक उन्नयन) कहते है.
परंतु वर्तमान कालखण्ड व्यावसायिक जगत में ऐसी व्यवस्था विद्यमान नही है.

यदि सभी कर्मचारियों का व्यक्तिगत, पारिवारिक, सामाजिक, एवं आर्थिक के साथ-साथ व्यावसायिक विकास भी करना हो तो Quitting को मान्यता देनी होगी और Quitters को उनके योग्य व्यवस्था या कार्य मे स्थापित करने के भागीरथी प्रयास करने होंगे. इसी मे व्यावसायिक अंत्योदय की कुंजी निहित है.

"A man is not finished when he is defeated. He is finished when he quits." की अपेक्षा एक अनुपयोगी कार्य को छोड़कर किसी अन्य उपयोगी कार्य को करना एक ज्यादा सही निर्णय है. और यह अंत नहीं बल्कि शुभारम्भ है.

रणछोड़ (Quitter's) मानसिकता या बुद्धिमता विकसित करने में भारतीय दर्शन वर्तमान पाश्चत्य दर्शन और ज्ञान से बहुत आगे है.
पश्चिम को इस ज्ञान को सीखना ही होगा, भारत और उसके मनीषी, Executive Coaches विश्व को यह ज्ञान देने व सिखाने के लिए तत्पर है, इच्क्षुक है, और प्रस्तुत भी है.

Now the time has come when Intellectually confused and stagnant west should start learning from Indian Coaches.
Indian modern Coaching system has evolved further and now commands the podium position.

➖ Great Indian Student Drain ➖

Every year over 1.1 million (11,00,000) Indian students go abroad to pursue higher education but unfortunately majority of them end up getting inferior quality of education.
They go abroad primarily because of two big reasons-
1. In search of world class quality education, and...
2. In search of education of their choice.

Presently Indian education system does not provide…
a. world class quality education in adequate quantity, and
b. specific professional education in adequate quantity.

I think the solution of this problem is simple. Open world-class new institutes such as IITs, AIIMS, IIMs, Medical colleges etc to increase the existing numbers by at least 5 times in 5 years. Very high number of quality institutes is the answer of all problems including the reservation.

This is a herculean task but I can see that Indian political leadership has taken the notice of this grave situation and seems ready for a giant leap to address the issue.

I further believe that India must give all its students a decent opportunity to have world class quality education that too at affordable and subsidized cost.
After the graduation if students are willing to go abroad for work or higher education, then the education subsidy should be collected from them before they are permitted to leave India.

India must allow private institutes with expensive non-subsidized education for those who can afford to pay. These institutes should mandatorily give 50% need-blind and 95% need-base scholarship to at-least 50% of their total students.

All students should be admitted in professional degree colleges through one national level completion that should be conducted twice in a year, and degree should be awarded only after they score 60% or more in one national level graduate examination irrespective of their internal score in college. This national level graduate examination can double as a merit list or selection criterion for post graduate/higher education entrance exams.

If by all means half the student drain is addressed properly then these students alone can fund many new institutes in India at the tune of some 50-60 thousands crore rupees annually for at least 5 years. This 5 years period and funding of rupees 2.5-3 lakh crores is sufficient to develop new infrastructure, establish and run new institutes in required numbers.

I am expecting from Government of Indian to act decisively. If Modi can't do it then no one can do it in near and far future of India.
India needs a ‘Higher Education Revolution’. Our children are looking at us, entire world is watching us.
The time is Now. We can't afford to delay or fail, it will be disastrous.

Tighten your shoe less and be ready to participate and contribute in this noble cause.

These appear when the sun shines from behind the observer.

Thee are not always bows but actually are Raincircles.
The center of the circle of is directly opposite to the position of the sun in the sky, this is called the antisolar point (or antilunar point in case of moon).

This full circle of rainbow is visible from a higher vantage point. Sometimes it can occur simultaneously with a ‘Glory’.

Glory is a halo around the shadow of mountain, high risers or airplanes on the clouds or fog. Thus a Glory is observed from a high viewpoint.
In order to see the Glory the clouds or fog causing it should be located below the observer in a straight line with the sun/moon and the eye of observer.

When viewed from mountain or high risers, glories are often seen with Brocken/Mountain spectre.
Brocken spectre is an enormously magnified shadow of a Mountain or high risers on to the clouds or fog.

Optical Phenomena are interesting.

Many a times young people ask for quick advise to make their speech/communication better.

And I often ask them to watch their Hand Gestures during their speech, presentation and communication.

Hand Gestures are Non-Verbal communication which by default are more effective than verbal communication.

An effective presenter makes twice more hand gesture than an amateur presenter.

➖ I have listed some Potent Hand Gestures for Powerful Presentation & Public Speaking.

1️⃣ Numbering - It's like highlighting the headings and subheading in an written essay.

2️⃣ Measurement Labeling - Gestures showing Much or Less, Small or Huge help to validate the speech accordingly.

3️⃣ Pointing - Helps audience to focus on a point.

4️⃣ This-That, Here-There - Distinction between two things to mark the difference helps in better understanding of subject.

What IF...‼️

➖"A Thought for Examination System".➖

What if government opens up quality exam centers for class 1st to 12th, instead of schools⁉️

This may results in a big drop in school going kids and lots of free time for them.
Isn't it...❓
This may also impact positively on savings of parents, overall development and improved vocational skills of kids.
There will be lot more creativity around.

But will the schools survive this change❓

This is an important point to ponder that some 50 years ago many kids were not attending regular school, they were home schooled.
They appeared only in annual exams conducted by schools. Many of them are holding important positions today.

Govt must provide the option of home schooling also, for that a home school student should be allowed to appear in a final exam either conducted by school or by some dedicated agency approved and regulated by government.

Hope people like this proposal.

🔰 First of all assume and accept that exam will happen on time. ..This will provide you a clear cut idea of available time to help you to peak your preparation exactly on the time of examination.

🔰 Understand that nature of different exams are different.
• Academic Exams are mostly pen and paper type offline exams and provide a more level ground so that students from all backgrounds can pursue education.
• Academic exams require a decent hand-brain coordination to write speedily and accurately.
• Competitive exams are designed to select students with better Analytical Skill, Memory and Speed.
Intelligence is desirable but not an important factor here.

🔰 Reading speed online and through a book varies by a certain percentage.
Online mode of preparation for online exams help get accustomed to reading and attempting comprehensions through a screen.
In the case of competitive examinations, every minute detail matters.

🔰 Understanding of the questions that are asked and diligent practice as per the pattern of exam are two very important keys of extraordinary performance.
Tailor your preparation time accordingly.

🔰 Weekly attempt a mock test for each subject and based on performance make required corrections, clear doubts and learn new things to register growth.
• Attempt five full course revision with test for having an edge over others.

🔰 This Covid year is different from previous years.
Students, Teachers and Parents must acknowledge the situation and then move forward with their preparation.

🔻~TIME is The Most Important Aspect of LEARNING~🔺

🔹 Time Table :-
-Assign Time to Learn Quickly-
Allocate a certain amount of time to each subject and chapter.
Make sure to completed each chapter within that specific time only.

🔹 Time Management :-
-Time Saved is Time Produced-
Cut down on all unnecessary breaks, chat sessions and phone calls.
Use this saved time for reading books, notes and watching videos from different sources.
Initially it is exhausting but later it becomes habit.

🔹 Peer Group :-
Find friends and peers in schools and coaching who are preparing for the same competitions. Discuss learning with them and solve questions together.

🔹 Sundays & Holidays are Extra Time :-
Use this extra time for revision of notes to consolidate learning.

🔹 Wake-Up Early :-
-Morning is Best Time of the Day to Study-
Before heading to school/institute spend 4-5 hours on self study.
Refreshed brain in the morning is more ready to grab information.

🔹 Meditate :-
-Meditation Helps to Focus and Improve Quality of Time-
Practice meditation for obtaining best result in everything.

🔹 Self Motivation :-
None and nothing can give enough motivation.
Self talk is the best method of Self Motivation. It keeps you ever ready and saves precious time.

【The quantum of knowledge transferred in the process of learning, majorly depends on the learner’s readiness towards learning.】 Relationship, Expectation, and Implementation also impact the knowledge transfer.

🔑 Prerequisite to learn new things and learnability is of extreme importance in learning process.

🔑 Learnability is defines as...
"how easy it is for a person to accomplish a task the first time he encounters it and how many repetitions it takes for him to become efficient at that task."

( It’s the pre-condition to receive data/information/knowledge and consistently apply feedback and advice with focus and bravery, and maintain the mental and emotional openness needed to consistently observe its impact and adapt. )

A curious mind is most important factor that affects the learnability.
Vulnerability of curious mind helps to recognize possibilities and broaden field of vision to entertain ideas and options visible only to a beginner's mind as it is then open to being proven wrong and learn from it.

Curiosity helps approach the problems with open mind instead of jumping to conclusions based on prior experiences.

The present educational and professional setups require to know the answer in order to succeed. This is a major limiting factor of learnability.

Increased awareness about the learnability helps to make the good decisions to design better skill training process for more efficient learning.
