Bungalow of Mr. Sanjay Baheti & Mrs. Sujata Baheti in Jaipur

A unique feature of this house is that we have taken minimal false ceiling which made it essential to have a high degree of precision in all the interiors. The wooden sections impart a rare beauty and grace to the house.

The warm, cozy spaces and ample daylight with a dash of color and classy artwork all around adds life to all the multiple spaces in this unique home. Even the furniture layout is kept remarkably simple and neat in all rooms which give a general impression of peace and calm.

The play of light, vibrant colors and the total layout through a range of distinctive elements create warmth in this house that defines the basic personality and character of its owners.

Go fly zone, a private airfield near Jaipur
Go fly zone is a unique and one of its kind private airfields in northern India that has facilities for light general aviation especially helicopters. The owner of the place Thakur Vibhuti Singh is an avid Aviator and has been in the field of aviation since 1990. His airfield is designed to cater to aero sports and skydiving in this region.
Mr. Singh wanted us to design his project along with the office attached to a hanger where his helicopters and aircrafts are parked.
It was a real challenge for us to do this project because of its size, unique requirements and the different areas involved. Maintaining the underlying character of an airfield was important but equally essential was to comply with all the statutory aviation requirements.
Like most times when challenges guide the design, it was the enthusiasm of our client and his faith on us that guided the design and field ex*****on till the very end.
