Founders of yoga studios, cloud kitchens, fashion boutiques, freelance storytellers, cafe owners etc have severely limited access to business mentoring, strategic advisory, networking and funding for growth and scaling up.

Innocity Craft Accelerator, a joint initiative by CIIE.CO and SAP, presents The India Craft Project for all the corporates, multilaterals and government organizations that wish to 'Procure with a Purpose'.


'The India Craft Project' (TICP) co-creates products and gifting services with traditional artisan partners across crafts, pan India - for urban consumers and therefore, takes the Indian crafts' legacy proudly forward.

Their role involves finding a fit between what artisan can do and what the growing market is looking for - that has involved them in being Artisan Managers for a recent Marketing campaign with Byredo (an international perfume brand), they have been creating dynamic folk art animations and print invitations for wedding and events and continue to up-skill the artisans and their next generation in photography, design and the power of social media.

The founder, Saumya Pankaj has worked across social innovation, advertising, Media, before she left her job and traveled to 6 states for over a year to understand the intricacies of cultures, crafts, materials, challenges and scope for the crafts and the artisanal clusters.
