1.Experience is preferred mainly pure Sales Experience withb2c but B2B will also do
2. The educational sector is preferred or else telecom industry, insurance or IT industry will do.
3. Should have strong team handling skills
4. We are looking out for a person at Zonal or Regional head level and has handled a team of atleast 20 members.
5.Should understand P&L
6.He will be responsible for generating revenue of the city and should have good knowledge about P&L.
7. Minimum revenue target should above 10L
8.Stability in the profile is a must and should not be Job Hopper
9.Should be a Decision maker
10.Will be handling 2 TL and 15-20 Associates
11.Will be responsible for Achieving Team Targets
12.Will be Lead assignments
13.Developing Sales Strategy
14.Taking Daily Briefing of the Team
15.Giving Refresher Training to the Associates who are not performing
SALARY UPTO---12 LPA (rest depends on experience and capability of candidate )
