MCA has notified the New version of eForm-3 LLP (Information with regard to limited liability partnership agreement and changes, if any, made therein) is likely to be modified w.e.f 24th Nov 2015 between 09:00 PM to 10:00 PM. and the same have been uploaded on MCA-21 Portal. Only new version of the eForm will be acceptable. Stakeholders are requested to plan accordingly and ensure that you have downloaded the latest version for filing and uploading the latest version only. Form-wise date of last version change is available at on the website of MCA.

NEWS HIGHLIGHT money probe SIT finds 2,672 persons on board 20 firms, flags 77,696 shell companies
The Supreme Court appointed Special Investigation Team (SIT) probing black money has come out with some incriminating findings in its third report.
It has found that as many as 2,627 persons were holding directorship in more than 20 companies, in violation of the Companies Act, and has recommended action against 77,696 companies involved.
It asked the Central government to frame rules at the earliest, to provide for the manner of holding and disclosing beneficial interest and beneficial ownership.

In a game-changing move, markets regulator SEBI has notified a five-sheet abridged prospectus that companies need to file for public offers - a step aimed at making it easier for investors to understand key points.

Under the new norms that will come into effect from December 1, the abridged prospectus including the application form can't exceed five sheets that would be printed on both sides, a maximum of 10 pages.

Currently, the full prospectus that companies file for their public offers including IPOs runs into 400-500 pages and it has often been felt that the investors find it difficult to get the key information from such bulky documents.

The corporate affairs ministry(MCA) has formed six expert panels to work on more amendments to the Act on top of 16 amendments that parliament cleared earlier this year as India Incorporation still considers the legislature 'too harsh', the official said on condition of anonymity. "Groups consisting of sectoral experts have been formed to work on amendments and clarifications related to their subject.
