As mentioned earlier EAI would charge a nominal registration fees from each member, after that a member is allowed to participate in any of the association’s exhibition and event during a calendar year.
2. EAI would act as a exhibition manage and would involve in all necessary arrangements from planning to ex*****on for the exhibition such as Venue booking, Media and PR, newspaper advertisements,

stall fabrication and will emphasize of different strategies to pull maximum foot fall during a show.
3. Against all above mentioned deliverables EAI would charge certain management fees that will be decided mutually, by all the members during the general meeting.
