This Teachers’ Day, we gave the celebration a meaningful workplace twist by observing it as “Mentor Day” — a day to recognize the people within our organization who guide, support, inspire, and help us grow.
Employees were encouraged to choose a mentor who has made a positive impact on their professional journey and express their gratitude through handmade cards, heartfelt handwritten notes, and thoughtful video messages.
It was wonderful to see our employees come forward and celebrate those who have shared their knowledge, encouraged them through challenges, and helped them become better versions of themselves.
Because sometimes, a mentor is not just someone who teaches us what to do — but someone who inspires us to believe in what we can do.
A heartfelt thank you to all the mentors who continue to guide, inspire, and empower us every day.
