IGLF is the brainchild of Santosh Sharma - the father of Dissolve the box idea supported by a group of professionals facilitating individuals to dissolve their mental biases, limitations or boxes and organizations to dissolve their bottlenecks. We conduct mentoring sessions for individuals and organizations across the globe. We use the unique
Dissolve the Box(TM) method. It is a way of life and no just a management fad. Traditional or thinking out of the box thinking has become irrelevant for tomorrow’s leaders as they are limited, infected and polluted. This method is now introduced as a syllabus at IIMs.
