I am connecting with you after a long time.I apologise for this.Here below is a message on Catapult.Pleaee read below.

All those we are in the profession of operational excellence ,Six Sigma and DOE are aware of Catapults which is an essential tool for learning and teaching Six Sigma Unfortunately a good , reliable Catapults are not available in India.They need to be imported from abroad.I developed one for my own use .I am a Six Sigma Black Belt and it took me almost 12 years to learn the subject .But when I got hold of manufactured Catapult my learning graph of DOE( Design of Experiments) uncreased exponentially.I have supplied to many companies.
If someone wants to learn Six Sigma on his own , having a Catapult can help him drastically.
If someone is interested in learning Six Sigma ,DOE or have a Catapult,I can of help .Please comment below

In order to learn or teach subjects like Statistics,Six Sigma,DOE( Design of Experiments)it is essential to use the theoretical learning that you have done.You need to spend more than double the time in ex*****on in your job than the time of theoretical inputs.Other wise learning is an intellectual entertainment and it will evaporate fast However practicing all these topics of Statistics,Six Sigma and DOE take huge time, not in days or months but years , because it takes planning and time to get data from plant processes.There is a simple alternative of using DOE Wooden Catapult to simulate processes with random output valuables in your home and office and do all the analysis of these data.
The video below describes how as Catapult is used for this purpose.

This Pandemic has reset the entire businesses. While many have recouped many are still struggling.But as things are improving with govt efforts as well as with indomitable spirit of Indian entrepreneur by Q4 things will stabilise and FY 23 ( next financial year) will be a great year.So let us have faith.

What is Six Sigma:It is an initiative to reduce the defects in a process by reducing the variations.It is implementation through a process called DMAIC,(Define,Measure, Analyse,Control and Improve). Define step is selection of problem which affects customer/business.Measure stage measure the present value of the problem. Analyse is for root cause of the problem through analysis of data and reaching to a conclusion. After root cause is found out ,alternatives are found out.Then same is implemented. Control phase is to monitor the performance of the process.
