"FAKE FORMS AND MISLEADING THE WOMEN OF JIRIBAM THROUGH PREMATURE DOCUMENT COLLECTION"
Following the recent announcement regarding financial assistance for the women of Manipur, local leaders of the Bengali community have begun aggressively collecting personal documents from residents. It is important to emphasize that this financial help is an initiative coming directly from the Chief Minister's side, and not from any individual MLA or local representative. Despite this, documents are being gathered even though no official application forms have been released and no formal document submission orders have been issued by the concerned authorities or the Chief Minister's office. Once again, local leadership is misleading the mothers of Jiribam, resorting to premature tactics merely to claim undeserved credit and exploit public expectations before any official scheme guidelines are even in place.

মণিপুরের নারীদের জন্য আর্থিক সহায়তার সাম্প্রতিক ঘোষণার পর, স্থানীয় বাঙালি সম্প্রদায়ের কিছু নেতা সাধারণ মানুষের কাছ থেকে তড়িঘড়ি করে ব্যক্তিগত নথিপত্র সংগ্রহ করা শুরু করেছেন। এটি স্পষ্ট করা অত্যন্ত জরুরি যে, এই আর্থিক সহায়তার উদ্যোগটি সম্পূর্ণভাবে মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর পক্ষ থেকে নেওয়া হয়েছে, কোনো নির্দিষ্ট বিধায়ক বা স্থানীয় প্রতিনিধির তরফ থেকে নয়। অথচ, সংশ্লিষ্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ বা মুখ্যমন্ত্রীর কার্যালয় থেকে এখনও পর্যন্ত কোনো আনুষ্ঠানিক আবেদনপত্র বা নথি জমা দেওয়ার সরকারি নির্দেশিকা জারি করা হয়নি—তা সত্ত্বেও এসব নথিপত্র সংগ্রহ করা হচ্ছে। কোনো সরকারি নিয়ম বা স্কিমের নির্দেশিকা আসার আগেই, কেবল নিজেদের কৃতিত্ব জাহিত করতে এবং জনগনের প্রত্যাশাকে কাজে লাগাতে স্থানীয় নেতৃত্ব আবারও জিরিবামের মায়েদের সঙ্গে প্রতারণা করছে।
