Brand Manager
Experience required for the Job: 2.5 - 5 years

Job Profile:
• Oversee web analytics to continually improve ROI analysis and website itself
• Optimize brand visibility on all search engines through SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing)
• Drive sales and brand awareness through paid search media
• Develop stand-alone digital projects, integrated campaigns to develop brand presence on social networks, track brand buzz on-line, and deliver related blogs and e-mails.
• Drive digital agency relationships and day-to-day agency process to ensure website delivers in line with our digital strategy
• Develop an email strategy and campaign that is analytical, exciting and engaging
• Formulate & execute all ATL campaigns by the brand.
• Strategise & execute on-ground partnerships with fashion bloggers, banks, colleges, online magazines and other relevant organisations/entities
• Oversee PR Strategy in collusion with the agency
• Assist the team in developing and executing brand campaigns and track ROI of each campaign executed
• Analyse all sales data to assist product and sourcing team with improving product and category mix.
The right person:
• Graduate in any discipline, MBA degree preferred
• At least 3-4 years" experience in digital marketing across channels like Facebook, Google, Yahoo, Affiliate Networks and others
• Strong managerial abilities to deal with a growing team and act as the single touch point for multiple agencies
• Excellent English language skills
• Strong analytical skills to help increase marketing efficiency
• Creative, diplomatic, and super-cool under pressure. MUST have leadership experience and the ability to manage teams to meet deadlines, while also motivating and exciting them.
