"Why our New Year Resolution fail?

We make plenty of New Year Resolutions during the beginning of the year and you all can guess how many of them we keep or implement

In the initial period, we are somewhat committed to our New Year Resolution, but eventually they turn into pipe dreams, and we put them off.

For New Year Resolution to be successful, I am recommending simple steps through which you can be consistent with your New Your Resolutions throughout the year.

Step 1: Don't make too many resolutions for the coming year (Which you may be enthusiastic, but would find it very difficult to follow and implement in your daily routine)

Step 2 – Write few (Visualize the result which you may get after its successful implementation.)

Step 3 – Go easy on it and don't crib if you don't keep your New Year's resolve in the first few days.

Step 4 – Gradually develop your commitment towards your resolution

Step 5 – Internalize your resolution gradually and incorporate it into your daily activities.

Step 6 – Once committed, follow through on your resolution while daydreaming about the outcomes you might get."
